Until when can I change my appointment?
You can change it up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellation of the appointment can only be done via Odido.
Where can I find my order number?
You will find the order number in the e-mail you received from us to make an appointment. This order number is also mentioned in your Odido contract.
What is the next step after I have submitted a request through this portal?
Based on your request, we will check the status of your order and contact you by either e-mail or telephone. Always respond to our last e-mail so we can see all previous communication.
My internet is not working anymore after installation, how can I request for an engineer?
I can make a service support request via Odido Customer Care. Short after your request you will receive a request from us to plan the service visit.
I already have internet from Odido. Why do I still have to make an appointment?
This appointment is necessary to activate your business internet profile (conversion from Odido home to Odido business).
My fiber optic has not yet been installed insight. Can I already use 4G backup?
No, a working internet connection is required to use 4G backup.
I want to use my own router/equipment. Is that possible?
Yes, you can. This is possible after our engineer has first activated your Odido business internet at your home.
Can I cancel my contract?
Contract changes and/or cancellations can only be done via Odido.
