I cannot choose a preferred time for my appointment. What should I do?

1. Do not wait too long to make an appointment. Do this as soon as possible after you have received an e-mail from us with a request. Then you have multiple options to choose a date of your choice. You can only choose from the options offered, there are no other times available.

2. You can schedule an appointment up to 4 weeks in the future. If you want to schedule it even further into the future, you will have to wait to schedule your appointment.

3. If you are planning on moving from your current internet provider to Odido, you will not be able to schedule an appointment in the near future (like 2 weeks). This because multiple technical conversions are first required. Also in this situation you should not wait too long to make an appointment.
